I have come to United States for 6 years, and I come from China. When people talk about Chinese students, they always saying that they are good at math or numbers. That is true. We have our own methods to learn and solve math problems qucikly and easily. I think I should share these methods with you guys to help you learn math in a comfortable way and get a higher grade. I started my college in Santa Monica College. My major is Eonomics. I had to take some math classes such as algebra, geometry and calculus in order to transfer. When I took those classes, I found that my classmates felt the classes were very difficult to them. But for me, I thought it was very easy for me. I talked with my classmates and found out that we had different methods to learn math. So I taught them my methods to solve math problems. They felt much easier than before. Later I was tutoring in math department for several months. I tried to teach them the method of learning not just solving one problem. After my tutoring, a lot of students found a easier way to learn math. Then I transferred to University of California, San Diego and majored in Mathematics and Economics. I graduated this year with GPA 3.6. I think I should continue sharing my methods of learning math to help more students. Now I can tutor pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, SAT math and etc. Nowadays, it is very common to learn a second language. As China's economy growing so fast, it makes sense that a lot of people are learning Chinese now. When I came to United States, one of my American friends told me that if you can speak Spanish then you can find a job. Now I want to add one more language, that is Chinese. A lot of Companies they are looking for employees who can speak Chinese, too. Since there are a lot of Chinese people in California and the Chinese economy market is huge now, so it is very popular to learn Chinese now. In my opinion, when you want to learn a language, it is very important to learn from a native speaker because you can also learn Chinese culture. It will help you learn the language quickly. In addition, you need to keep to practice talking with a native speaker. Then you will learn the new language very fast. I am a native Chinese speaker. I know how to teach Chinese in English. In addition, I know what Chinese people's speaking habits are. Besides basic Chinese, you can also learn some real Chinese stuff from me.
